First they put us at a small table and when we asked to be moved, the hostess said that ?we have ?rotation? and can?t just let you pick a table? Next, the waitress came and took the order and that?s pretty much last time we saw her.. she went by tables next to us, talked to them and asked them if everything was good? but not us: The food runner did all the work, when we asked for missed salad dressing and a knife. Then we had to actually call her and wave and ask for check. Oh, the ?bottomless sides? are a joke I had a Chef?s burger with sweet potato fries and when the original small amount ran out I naturally wanted some more but the waitress ignored us and purposely avoided our table so I had to ask, once again, the food runner guy to bring me some. This all feels really bad. I wish I could provide more details, but we didn?t even get a check. She told us to leave cash on the table which we did. That little computer on the table didn?t have ?cash? option to pay.
We have the best experience at this restaurant every time we go. Usually go for late lunch 1:30pm. Nice quiet. Great service and great food. Free burger (or chicken sandwich) on your birthday and accommodate gluten free options. Can't beat free refills on fries either. I highly recommend this restaurant for a sit down. I love their crispy chicken sandwich. Always crispy and hot (temperature). Deducted 1 star because I order from grub hub once and the crispy chicken sandwich wasn't an option on that service. (Other then that I highly recommend for sit down restaurant.
Staff was very friendly! drinks and food came out very quickly. Unfortunately I had the bbq wings that were so tiny, looked like they threw it in the microwave for 30 seconds, shrunk and called it a day and no where near smothered in bbq sauce, same for my husbands order. My daughter had the burger, she didnt finish it and chips were burnt. If they worked on their food situation it would be a great restaurant bc the staff was sweet.
The service was a bit slow the night we went. Took awhile to take our order or to even come back to see if we needed anything else. Normally these things are done asap in other places. And the place wasnt really busy either. Food was good, but servers were confused on which table was what as they kept asking if this or that was our order (food and drinks). Operating systems may need to be updated or a total revamp of staff knowledge needs to be done to figure out some of the easy parts of this location such as table numbers and orders. May also have been an off night for the staff or new hires. I'll go back sometime to see if it improves to update my rating. And normally, I used to love eating at Red Robin! But this time it was very disappointing. 2 stars for now due to the food still being good!
After catching a movie, I decided to treat myself to lunch and I'm so glad I chose Red Robin on Route 3. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive. Everything I ordered—cheeseburger, wings, and fries—was delicious. The staff even checked in to ask if I wanted refills on my fries and drink.
