Service was very good. the food was good. we were for the live karaoke and the dj and singers involved the public.

According to the hostess, I never made a reservation with them and in cascade to me not having a table

Food was AMAZING! Service was great as well. We went with a large party of 10 and everyone’s food was delicious

The food here was nothing to complain about. I would say a solid 3.5 stars if I could. It was a group of 6 so we all tasted and shared. My youngest had chicken tenders. DON'T order that. 100% tasteless. No flavor at all. But it's not their specialty so . My daughter ordered arroz con pollo... DELICIOUS! the best of all the meals. I had the fried tilapia which was pretty good. My husbands pork was unfortunately dry and lacked flavor... the drinks were fun and tasty. They also had a photographer who took and sold pictures. We accepted and got a very nice family picture. Wayy too pricey if you ask me but I fell for it. There was also a young boy singing traditional music which was a fun ambiance... but went around each take asking for tips. So 2 different money grabs happening during dinner: can't say I love that. I just want to eat! The service was good- attentive waitress who helped us decide on meals and there was no wait. I honestly would go back knowing what's good or bad

My friend and I were craving Mexican food, unfortunately La Fortaleza was packed on a Saturday night. We had to look elsewhere for dinner. We found this place was near by and decided to try it. The place was no where near full of people like Fortaleza was. We got seated right away which was a relief because by 9pm at night we were both nearly starving! We got seated and we took less than 5 minutes to put out cocktail and dinner choices in. Unfortunately that did not make a difference even though the establishment was no where near half capacity. We had to wait an entire hour for our steaks to come out, which unfortunately, arrived room temperatures even though we urged the server that we were very hungry and to do his best to get our order to the table as soon as possible. This was no concern of his, we saw him walking by the kitchen talking to the staff but not really doing anything productive. By the time we both got out steaks they were lukewarm meaning they had been sitting out waiting to be brought to the table for some time. Very dissatisfied, this is the first time I go to a Noches restaurant and the food is far below average, and basically not the food, it was the service. I would understand if it was a busy crowded night. But the amount of people in that restaurant did not justify getting cold steaks. -For a drink I had the Caipirinha which I also do NOT recommend getting from this place. It was very sour and by the time I got my food it had been watered down because of all the ice. I couldn 't have my drink on an empty stomach. So my recommendation is, go to a different Noches de Colombia location or just don 't go when you are starving. In hindsight we should have ordered an appetizer but the server said it would take just as long to get the appetizer as the entire so at that point there was no way to improve the situation. Will not be back to this location.
