Same owners as the Washington Ave Subway, explains why they are both AWFUL Subways. Not sure how they are even still open at this point. Always out of something (bread, cheese, meat, veggies). Absolutely ridiculous and they give you awful customer service at that!
Walked out of this store. The guy there was being soooo rude to the people ordering. Rolling his eyes when they changed there mind on toppings and when they talked about adding something else. I did not want someone like that taking my order. I worked restaurants in my 20's and never encountered anyone's behavior like that. Will never go back. Went to the other location a little further out and was worth it. If I could give a big fat ZERO I would ???
Bad service didn’t add what I wanted n repeated myself, waited for a good while 15 mints n to top it off I asked for a Buffalo chicken n got regular chicken even tho I asked
Maybe I was just there at the wrong time but I had a very bad experience. My conclusion was that this is not in business to provide what the customer needs. It is simply in business to take in money under the pretense of being a place where people can get something to eat. When I entered there was only one employee present--a woman who said this was her second day on the job, and she had just been thrown in with little training. I'll give her credit. She did her best but was struggling. A few minutes later another employee entered. A young man who might still have been in high school. The woman tried to get him to help her but he had no interest in assisting in any way and seemed to regard the whole thing as a joke. My sandwich was finally completed. I added a bag of potato chips and then tried to find a medium sized cup for my fountain drink. There were none. I asked the woman about it; she asked the man and he simply shrugged and said there weren't any. It didn't matter to him.So by default I had to pay for a large cup--the only kind I could get. I then took my food and stepped over to the soda machine. The flavor I wanted was out. I tried another flavor. It was out. I tried a third. Out. I went back to the counter to inform the employees. The man walked over to the soda machine to see for himself, which apparently was an extraordinary thing for him to do, and far beyond his obligations. He checked and saw for himself that everything was out. Of course he had no inclination to do anything about it. It must not have been any responsibility of his.I asked what was I supposed to drink and with a smirk on his face he pointed to the juice dispenser. It seemed to be another joke to him.I was getting hungry so I wasted no time tossing everything in the trash receptacle on my way out the door as I left to find someplace to eat.
