Eating is always fresh and hot. the personal is courteous and the service is immediately.

This Cleveland,TX location is the best hard chicken location I've ever eaten. I have tried other places in the past, but I refuse to eat only at this place. eating is always top notch and filled with taste. I'll send all my friends from houston. they will not be disappointed.

The chicken is well seasoned and the service is fast. don't eat so tasty about lunch, but the chicken is kicked in the evening for perfection!

Really fed up with Cleveland Hartz. Ordered, employee read back the order, paid. Get all the way home, food is wrong, didn’t even put rolls in bag. Go back, PAY for more rolls get the correct food, get home the gravy is water.

By far the best Hartz I've ever been too. No longer live in Cleveland, but came thru and had to stop. They did not disappoint. Food always hot and fresh to order. I appreciate that! They are 1 of the few establishments in Cleveland thats got it going on. Love it
