Wendy's - Cleburne

Never received the grilled chicken wrap that I paid for. A fly was found in my daughter's burger when she removed the tomato. Called store phone number multiple times and no answer. Just rings and rings. Corporate customer service was closed and complaint form on website keeps deleting and starts over. Haven't had a situation as bad as this in a long while.

I just wish they would stop shrinking their burgers. If they could just offer the old burgers from the 80's I'd gladly pay more. They're the worst of the major chains for burger shrinkage.

They made our food well but the employee we interacted with was not very friendly.

Food was fresh. Orange Dreamcycle Frosty was awesome!

Picked up lunch for my dad it was a healthy salad and he enjoyed it they have great food at Wendy'
