Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cleburne

I gave them two stars especially for eating. that's terrible. the service is terrible. I went throwing the running gear thru and could not answer the menu for a good 5 to 6 minutes with no one in the running gear thru. then I ordered popeye by grubhub. the only option on the child's meal was apple juice and apple sauce my children are allergic. I called the restaurant to replace something of the same value. they never answered. then I asked my driver to ask her on the car thru and they refused. I had to cancel my order and order what I wanted (they did not have it available on grubhub). no other restaurant on grubhub has this policy. Last time I'm gonna order from this papst.

Our first and last visit. Potatoes had an off taste, chicken unremarkable. We ordered strips and when we opened the box it was chicken pieces. Received coupons in mail was reason we tried, but now you couldn’t give it to me.

Will never use Popeyes in Cleburne again employees don't have a clue about what is going on. The owner must not care about their business if you like Popeyes drive to Everman to get your Popeyes chicken. This Popeyes won't be in business long if they don't make some big changes.

If you like being parked at the menu for 10 minutes while there's one car ahead of you gabbing with the staff this the place for you. So we decided to leave as we did we noticed a couple of cars decided to leave with us. The Chick-fil-A down the road was a better option anyway. Will never try this place again. There's a reason they have such a low rating.
