Cicis Pizza - Cleburne

This was the first time since Kovid started, we were here. It seemed that they had new management and they were very enthusiastic. Everything was good and the place was cleaner than before. Update 10. May 2022 It has been a while since we were here last and everything seems to have changed. An important thing about Cici 's we have always enjoyed as if you go, someone always says welcome to Cici 's! We didn't get that and it wasn't busy. There was a completely new staff and management team. Understand what about the pandemic and everyone. They seemed friendly enough. The price for 2 seniors was earlier $12.00 but is now $16.00...as understandable again with inflation and so. I think the greatest disappointment came from my husband. He loves to eat there, but this time he only had bread sticks. All pizzas were either BBQ, Alfredo, pineapple or another strange combination and he did not eat them. Even the marina sauce he dips his breadsticks, was cold. Whatever happened, just make 'Ole cheese or sausage or pepperoni pizza? When I saw what my choices were, I ordered my special, so on the other hand I was very happy with my deep dish with sausage, onion, black olives and mushroom pizza. My salad was also fresh. I have changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars for these reasons.

It was good, but they had some young employees so it took longer to get fresh pizza compared when the guy manager is there. Not sure his name, but he's upstairs. They have no more pepper. The only bad thing is the salad bar (which I am for) It was a terrible mess and had nothing really. I'm still a fan and I'd go back.

The food was good and we came in fast. We went to the church to a sub and there was not really a line, although there were clearly some people with the same plan. There were plenty of places available and it was not difficult to find parking.

Better than the Burger place we chose on Fri. We went on a Saturday afternoon Mayb 3ish. The food was fresh and they made requests. We had spent too much for our dinner at night, so MUCH was more affordable. It would be nice for them to list the price online... I had no objection to paying $8.99, but in advance knowing would have been nice as I had expected that $5 or 6.99 and on-lone still had that this was listed as a price. We drove from Glen Rose to Cleburne for dinner as I said it was better than the meal Fri so I say yes, we will probably visit again when we come back to Glen Rose.
