Taco Bell - Clarksville

Went to this store today. Approached the counter and told them we wanted to make an order. We were promptly told there was no provision for us to make an in-person order and that we could ONLY order through the kiosk. The server was nice and offered to show us how. I DO NOT WANT TO USE THE KIOSK! I WANT TO WALK UP TO THE COUNTER AND ORDER MY FOOD THE SPECIAL WAY THAT I WANT IT AND NOT BE FORCED INTO ACCEPTING THEIR RIGID MENU. It would have taken more time to show us how to use the kiosk than to have simply taken my order. I want to talk to someone and order my food how I want and then sit down and eat in the store. With fewer duties and not serving the customers, you would think that all the tables and the entire restaurant would be clean as the workers now have more time since they don't take orders. No, there were several dirty tables. This experience at the Taco Bell was just awful! BTW: When they told us NO, we walked out and did not order from a machine.

Ok, but they suck on opening. Was there at 7:10am and was told they wouldn't be open for another 10 minutes. Not the first time they've done that so don't bother going when they open in the morning, they may not even be working.

Dirty store bathrooms were gross. Food was terrible

I actually wrote the company about my experience here and never got a response. Food was horrible cold. People were more interested in gossiping and carrying on then customer service

Fast service, friendly staff. Normally, the food is good, but at this restaurant, the quality seemed much better.
