Panda Express - Clarksville

My husband brought home food from this place today, and I have to say it was quite disappointing. I've dined at Panda Express before and had decent meals, but this experience was subpar. The food seemed overpriced, and I don't believe it was worth the cost. I'm not sure if we received old food or if this is the usual standard. I definitely won't be returning anytime soon!

The restaurant was quite busy, but the service was prompt and the food looked appealing. However, the server who attended to me seemed quite irritated, repeatedly pointing out that certain items were more expensive. Her tone made me feel like I was being a bother. On the bright side, the food was enjoyable! As someone who works in food service myself, I understand that she was likely overwhelmed and frustrated, but it still left me feeling a bit uncomfortable.

Overall, the dining area is often a bit dirty. The quality of the food lacks consistency, and the staff doesn't appear to be attentive. Additionally, what kind of Chinese restaurant runs out of soy sauce? It's disappointing enough that they've stopped serving potstickers. Food rating: 2/5.

The new spicy shrimp was delicious. Of course, the other favorites I get were delicious as well. Service was also great. The price for the portion sizes are a bit not that great.Food: 5/5

This is a good Panda! The staff is friendly, and service is generally quick even when it gets busy. I come in on my bike very often and they are happy to accommodate my request to put my food in separate containers. It’s all usually pretty fresh too, even late, but they will sometimes run out of some things closer to close.
