I would give 3.5 stars if I could. I am traveling from out of town and couldn't help but notice how many high rated Japanese options there are to choose from. I chose Fuji Yama for its reviews and vegetarian friendly menu with tofu options. Pros and cons below: Pros: Generous portion of tofu Served over a bed of sautéed onions Great price at $12 for the entre Easy access and parking Cons: Not nearly enough teriyaki sauce Very basic vegetables served with the tofu (99% onions with 2 small pieces of broccoli) Wasteful takeout packaging Tofu is stacked and sticks together
