Mcdonald's - Clarksville

This is the absolute worst McDonald 's I have ever experienced. The front staff completely ignores customers. They have poor attitudes. Allowances are always given because it 's working at McDonald 's . But that 's no excuse for this kind of behavior. Avoid avoid avoid.

This McDonalds is a joke. They have deleted our mobile order before (and it was a LARGE order, that's why we ordered ahead) and then kept us in the drive thru waiting for 20 min. Finally had us pull into one of the Stand By spots. We waited another 15 minutes and half of our order was brought out. They literally didn't even make the other half! The most painful experience at a McDonalds I've ever had. Today, I placed an order through GrubHub. The driver arrived only to be told that they had guess what...deleted the order! The driver had to take the time to talk to a manager and have them remake it! It took an hour for what should have been 20 min. And here's the kicker...I ordered a chicken nugget meal for my son and 2 McFlurries. What did I actually receive from the worst McDonalds in the state of Tennessee? Two melted McFlurries and some chicken nuggets. No fries. No drink. No straws that I specifically requested. I will never go here or order from this JOKE of a McDonalds again.

The speed of the drive thru, at least on Sunday morning, was at least 5 minutes at the speaker, not including before and after ordering food. The parking lot was worse than a landfill. It appeared to not have been cleaned for over 24 hours. Don't offer lattes, etc unless you're prepared to have them available. The food was lukewarm at best and if we order sauces we expect to have them in the order. We also ordered sugar and cream for the coffee and didn't receive sugar. The drive thru attendant does not seem to be aware McDonald's has a drive thru app with a drive thru code. That was an experience to explain to her. There are other breakfast options in the area which will allow you to have a better experience and better quality.

Always slow. Rarely gets the order correct. Took me thirty minutes to get a small order yesterday afternoon and then took an hour to get a small delivery order yesterday evening.

My family and I waited in the left lane for 10min. While the right lane served 6 cars. We wanted to leave but couldn 't due to cars coming through the other lane and having many cars behind us. When the person finally took our order, he was very rude and said Can 't do that for ya after we read off the menu. I recommend finding a different McDonald 's
