Mcdonald's - Clarksville

Went here with my mom and 3 little siblings ordered 3 happy meals and after waiting 15 minutes only got 2 wasn’t the workers fault on that the machine messed up and only put 2 on the ticket when my mom said hey we are missing a happy meal and sweet tea one of the workers some young ghetto guy immediately started running his mouth saying how she is trying to get free food and my mom confused not knowing the self order machine messed up is trying to explain that she did order another happy meal he gets even more smart and starts yelling that he is gonna “show her she didn’t order another one” a nicer employee ended up resolving are issue. this is the most ghetto mcdonald’s i have ever seen and the people working there are probably never gonna have a better job then here by the way they act

They was slow took them 15 minutes to get the food and then the chicken nuggets were burnt

Sausage biscuit was horrible. The biscuit was a day old or two and hard.

The after-hours service is very disappointing. I work from 6 PM and usually take my lunch between midnight and 2 AM. On three occasions, no one took my order at the drive-thru, and twice I had to wait 10 minutes for food that was just warm, not hot or fresh. I hardly go there anymore, and I don't think I'll be returning. It's frustrating.

The self-ordering system is great, but it's surprising that there's no self-serve drink option. This seems to be a unique feature for the McDonald's in Clarksville. I believe corporate should step in and encourage this franchise owner to provide a level of service that's more in line with what other McDonald's locations offer nationwide. The overall experience gives off an impression that's less than favorable.
