Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt was terrible. the glazed donuts at home(5 autominutes) sat down to breakfast with my family and were shocked how dry and untasteful they were. we didn't even eat them and we flew them into the mud.
I love the coffee. I'm here several times the week, but it would be nice if they could post their hours somewhere if they changed. I go out of mine before I work to get coffee and I look up, lights are out, cars in the go, no signs on the door or after hours change. super frustrating.
So just went to the dunkin' donuts on continued campbell boulevard over the road of walmart, there was a black couple in front of me that placed a job with a black hired she was so beautiful with them and pleasant especially when she tipped them. next I was white girl and she immediately saw me up and down and was as rude as the hell I wanted to tap her too, but after this experience she didn't get a tip. to the greatest part I go there almost every day and the employees are nice, but there are some black workers who are extremely rude. no idea why I get this reaction because I'm in customer service and I'm always very pleasant and grateful for our hardworking employees. management that they have to put their employees and understand them, although they get a hard time from other customers, there are also customers who are always very grateful for them and pleasant and if they have a job, they must welcome every individual customer with a smile on their face. dunkins donuts kick up.
They have a sign to order at kiosk, which is in order, as always the kiosk does not work and the workers do not accept order in the theke and I refuse to wait 30 min in the running gear thru. the new management, not the renovation has helped this load at all. I was not in this special business in over a year, and I will not be back, it is still ridiculous and still faced the same problems
I go to this dunkin location quite regularly and this morning, I was ignored by all six employees for 10 minutes before walking out. Wasn't greeted or anything. A few of the employees made eye contact while they were goofing around, but they were in no way busy enough to have ignored a customer for that long. Absolutely unacceptable. This is the 2nd incident I've had at this store in 6 months. Something needs to be done with the management in this store.
