Wing mild sauce not good. Needs Franks buffalo sauce ..Food: 2/5

I discovered a large insect in my salad just as I was finishing my meal. I called to speak with the manager, but he didn’t offer any apologies; he simply told me to contact the main office. I frequently order from this restaurant, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I’m appalled that I had already eaten most of the salad before I noticed the insect, and his nonchalant attitude only made the situation more upsetting.

The only problem is that my husband and I have posted that said planet wings, lol that is not what we got we were looking for wings without thigh and that's what we got really. Lol ??.But overall the food was good They needed to change the sign because those weren't wings we got lol ???

The mango habanero sauce was also a letdown; it was overly sweet with no heat or real flavor, making it definitely not worth the price. Perhaps if it were half the cost, it might be reasonable. As for the curly fries, they were far from satisfactory. They tasted like they had been sitting in the back of the freezer for ages—bland and lacking any crispness. They were so stale that it felt like I was eating fry jerky, if such a thing existed. Overall, the dining experience was incredibly disappointing, and I truly felt cheated out of my $25. Everything was just dreadful.

The people here are so nice and friendly. They remember you and make you feel welcome. It's my favorite place to buy a salad.Food: 5/5
