The Pad Se Ew is fantastic! I usually go for the chicken, and the portion is generous with plenty of chicken. This has become my favorite spot for Thai takeout in NYC.
My friend ordered the paella, and I opted for the drunken noodles with homemade short rib. The paella was outstanding—the rice had hints of ginger, and both the shrimp and octopus were cooked perfectly. As for the drunken noodles, they were flavorful, but the short rib was quite difficult to eat and varied in texture; some pieces were tough while others were tender. Overall, it was challenging to enjoy this protein choice due to its dryness. I also tried the raspberry cosmopolitan, which was tasty but overly thick and had an overpowering lime juice flavor—much stronger than what I'd expect in a typical cosmo. While I was generally satisfied with my meal, I don't think I'll rush back to this spot without exploring other options in the area first.
