I got food poisoning from this place, don?t order any items from the food menu to play it safe (more specifically items that have sausage in it).

They make THE BEST macha latte. Unfortunately, that neighborhood sucks..It's dirty, the residents take absolutely no pride in their environment.

I haven't been here in a while but recently when I went for ice cream, the guy serving me looked clueless and was even drinking his milk shake while taking my order. Definitely not professional. Then when I returned, the lady serving me kept wiping hernose with the back of her hand, with the scooper in her hand. Listen... It's gross. Not returning.

Why when I asked for a large straw they told me we can not give you a big straw cause you have a small drink!! Where is that posted in your store policy. I am a paying customer I should be able to receive any size straw and napkins I want as a payingcustomer Please show me where it states this? This was located at 2 kingsbridge Bronx ny. Now as a customer we are not allowedto request a large straw like that is so uncalled for!!
