Kinn Thai Restaurant - City of Knox

I tried the duck curry at this restaurant. The service was good, but unfortunately there was no restroom available. I had to leave the restaurant to use a public restroom. I will not be returning because of this inconvenience.

My wife’s birthday was celebrated with a group of friends at Kinn Thai restaurant located at Knox City, Wantirna South, for lunch on Sunday. We had made a reservation for eleven people and were seated at a cozy table in a crowded restaurant. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, including Curry Puffs, Satay Chicken, squid for starters, and Chicken Prawn Pad Thai, Pad See EW, Spicy Noodles, Wagyu Beef, Lamb Shank, and Massaman Beef for the main course. Our vegetarian friend enjoyed the Green Vegetable Curry with Rice Roti. The Spicy Noodles were my favorite, but the rest of the group also enjoyed the Pad Thai and Beef dishes. The vegetarian dishes received positive feedback as well. The Shiraz wine was decent, and the service was good. The only downside was the lack of a proper dessert menu.

Kinn has always been a favourite dining place to me. Covid made it a challenge to get back to dine but last night I took my partner there for a pre Father’s Day dinner. Staff were quick to clear tables and get food out promptly. While a glass of wine was overlooked, it was ok after seeing how prompt every other aspect of our dining experience was. Special shout out to Noon as always. Especially cheerful and always so courteous. Highly recommend Kinn for future dinners, even if they took away the golden tofu from the menu!!!

Fabulous food, delivered hot, curry puffs could have had more flavour, very bland, but lots of veggies in them. Their roti is very flaky and delicious. Unfortunately, only 6 vegan dishes on their menu, there could be a lot more.

The excellent service, great presentation and quality of food, and the value for money ensures the Kinn Thai Restaurant is always packed and the best restaurant at Knox City. This is the only restaurant at Knox City that we would go to multiple times a year and if your going to see a film just let them know and they will ensure you get your food very quickly. Seating is inside and out and the place has a great atmosphere every though it is busy with lots of staff you always get fantastic service.
