Service was good and friendly. The food was average. My wife and I probably won't visit again; our favorite Mexican restaurant in Hudson, My, Mexican Radio, closed in the midst of the pandemic and unfortunately this restaurant is not nearly the equal ofit.
La Mision has some solid Mexican food! We came here for dinner and enjoyed each dish we got everything had a ton of flavor and left us satisfied. They had plenty of outdoor seating and we were able to walk in and get one of the last open tables.
I drive an hour to get nachos from this place. I paid $16 for nachos and $16 for 4 bags of chips. 8 days later my card was charged almost $42. When I called and spoke to management she verified the $32 charge and when I said I get the beans on theside,i I was charged additional for beans that already come on thr nachos (I always get the nachos this way and have never hadthis issue). She said the was price correct and it's not making any sense for items I usually pay about $18 for. Unfortunately,I won't be stepping in this establishment again.
Made our way over here when it first opened on a Saturday afternoon for an early lunch. Seating both indoor and outdoors, but no canopy to protect from the sun, so decided to take a table inside. Like many of the other restaurants in the area, the menu ismore expensive than you would like. Nonetheless, we did get some free chips/salsa to start while we were deciding on food.Settled on the Beef Enchiladas $16) to go along with a Pineapple Margarita $14). Drink comes out first a pulpy pineapplejuice with a strong amount of tequila mixed in; definitely hit the spot while munching on the chips. Enchiladas come out within15 minutes two well stuffed rolls covered in a tangy tomatillo sauce, salsa, and sour cream. Meat is a little greasy, cut wellby the tomatillo sauce and sour cream. Tortillas were not stale and not too much cheese inside that it overwhelms. Well balancedoverall, would want to pick the rioja sauce next time for a better kick. Great service as the one waitress working the placewas able to get to everyone without missing a beat. Worth the visit here if looking for a Mexican option on the street.
