Cibolo Dental Center

I had my teeth aligned with Invisalign and had veneers placed on my upper and lower front teeth. Dr. Enriquez, Liz, and the entire team were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I'm really happy with my new smile!

McKenna, Ariana, Yessica and Dr. Enriquez were amazing. From before i walk in they were very professional and kind. Had a chip front tooth and it appears to have never happened. Thanks Ladies.

I had the best dental visit I've ever experienced. It might sound unusual, but it was incredibly peaceful and I felt completely safe. The entire staff, including the dentist, was exceptionally friendly and gentle.

As soon as I entered, I was told to go outside and wait for someone to talk to me. A staff member came out quickly, and I explained my dilemma. He instructed me to call the office to schedule an appointment, even though I was already there. So, I called from outside, and a lady answered. I outlined my situation again, but she refused to set an appointment. Instead, she suggested I go back to the orthodontist. I reiterated that the orthodontist referred me to a regular dentist, but her response was to suggest I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against them and questioned why my tooth wasn’t repaired. I found this unhelpful and unnecessary; I didn’t need her opinion. Overall, I felt treated poorly, almost like I was a nuisance. Fortunately, I found another dentist nearby who treated me wonderfully and was able to schedule an appointment.

I had a root canal done at an orthodontist, well the top of my tooth broke off the next day, so I went back to the orthodontist and he said it wasn't that bad and that my regular dentist could fix it (that's just the way they work so it's ok). My regular dentist is closed due to the pandemic. So I came here (Cibolo Dental Center) to personally explain the situation and make an appointment. I had a mask on. As soon as I went it right at the door I was told to go outside and somebody would come and talked to me. Someone did come outside right away and I explained my situation. He tells me to call the office to make an appointment, even tho I'm already there...outside... Ok so I called them from outside, a lady answered and I explained my situation to her. She didn't want to give an appointment! Her advice was for me to go back the orthodontist, I explained to her AGAIN, that the orthodontist sent me to a regular dentist. Her response? that maybe I should call the BBB on the orthodontist and that she didn't understand why he didn't fix my tooth too etc. Well I don't know either. But the point is she refused to take my appointment altogether and gave me her 2 cents which I didn't need nor cared for. This was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. I was treated like germy trash. At least that's how I felt about it.I did go to another dentist close by where thankfully I was treated wonderfully and given an appointment.
