Jamba - Chula Vista

Good flavors but the people who serve need to be kinder.

Two days ago my son and decide to get a quick breakfast before taking him to school. We decide to get some Jamba! We walk in the store and one customer is completing her order. The cash register person moves away from the register and tells me he will be w me in a moment. No biggie, a moment to me means a minute or so. He makes my son and I wait for 8 minutes. During that time he placed a few items in the oven and went towards the back of the store. A delivery man arrived and jamba worker decided to attend to him first!!! so I asked if he will take much longer. He said I will I had to wait another 20 seconds. He made me wait another minute. So 10 minutes later he takes my order? Jamba are you ok w this??

My smoothie was made perfectly, my pretzel was nice and hot and they had mustard! Some of the other locations don't always have mustard. The staff was very friendly and the restroom was also clean. I appreciate everything!!

They always mess up my order. EVERY time I’ve been there it’s wrong. The staff are nice but one of them are new and a bit confused. He keeps calling me “he”?? I won’t be going to this location anymore

Been here three times and the smoothies are never made right and I don’t get what I ordered. Plus the store is always dirty.
