Flan Flambé - Chula Vista

Probably the best flan ive ever had! ordered from here about 4-5 times already and each time the flan never disappoints! the smores large flan cake is my partner and i's favorite!

My my my, where do I start?!? It is so difficult to find a delicious authentic Mexican flan north of the border, but then my prayers were finally answered! Flan Flambé has a huge variety of sizes and flavors. They have everything to mini individual choco-flans to full size red velvet flan cakes! My mouth waters just thinking about it, it's been so hard trying to not order one every day! The owners are the most hardworking, sweetest and humbling people ever. They have grown so much starting in June of last year in the middle of a pandemic to having their desserts sold in restaurants! They give the best to their supporters and customers every day and you truly feel their love and passion. My personal favorites are the original flan, the choco-flan and the amazing Chocolate Abuelita flan. So excited to see what they come up with in the future. LOVE FLAN FLAMBÉ! The most DELICIOUS flans! I had purchased a classic flan with mixed berries as toppings for my mom's birthday in December and my entire family couldn't get enough. They kept coming back for more and my cousin said it was the best flan he has ever had. For my mom to love it was a big deal, as she grew up eating flan in her Mexican household, so I wanted to offer her an authentic experience... Flan Flambé surely delivered! Vanessa and Alec truly care for their craft and have excellent customer service. They even took the time to attempt a mini vegan flan for me to sample, the flavor was incredible, and I am sure they will perfect the texture in the near future so they could add it to their menu! It's little details like this, where they truly care to cater to as many people as they can that really matters. They have so many options and get really creative which I love to see on their Instagram page. Life long customer for sure!

This place has to be the best thing I've ever tried in my life!!! LIKE SERIOUSLY it's soooooo good if I could give this place a million stars I would it's that good! I will definitely being coming here VERY often if you haven't tried it yet do yourself a favor and PLEASE TRY it you won't regret it I promise you!!!

The flans are the BEST. They have so many types of flans to choose from which makes them unique. Definitely would recommend it and it's a perfect dessert to take to any occasion as well.
