I was nothing but polite and very generous when they got my order wrong the first time. I also tipped very generously on the original order: 25%. After waiting an hour for the replacement, it arrived cold and still incorrect. The store is no longer answering the phone. The manager runs the store and sets policy and procedure.
Worst customer service the amount of attitude I’ve gotten a few times when ordering. It’s like they clearly don’t wanna be at work and pass those vibes to the customer. I get a stare and a loud sigh from the guy with the world flag face mask. He just screams annoyed before I’ve even said hello.
I was disappointed trying to put a order in , but they didn't have change for $100. My order was still put in. I was not aware when I went back to reorder. They said It was ready. This was an hour later. I took the pizza it was cold. ???
After checking the hours and making sure that they are open until midnight, I tried to call for an order around 10:20PM but received no call they just let the phone ring. I decided to come in car. When i arrived around 10:40PM I saw two men, one middle aged another around his 20’s and the door was locked. When I asked if they were open, They heard me and just looked at me? and then just looked away? What is the point of posting your hours until midnight and locking up 2 hours before. And why ignore me? you could have just you were closed. Wasted gas for nothing.
It's Domino's, I like it. It's the closest one to my house. The staff is nice and friendly.
