Hostel Boudnik - Chrudim

The place is nice and clean, with a clearly visible well-lit nameplate. It is a 3-4 min walk from the nearest tram stop and if you know anything about the transport system in Prague, it is that trams work really well. I stayed in a 20 people mixed dorm room. The room was very comfortable with good lockers and a clean bathroom/shower on the floor. The downside is that it was on the 4th floor, without a lift. So if you have a heavy luggage bag, it's going to be quite a climb. Female only or male only dorms occupy lower floors. The place has a very nice common room and a courtyard where you can smoke and relax. The reception is open 24×7 and they sell 1 day travel cards (these are helpful because otherwise you'd have to seek the nearest metro station or tobacco shop which sells them). The WiFi is also fine. There are plenty of local shops in the nearby alleys and then on the main road. Prague Hlavni Nadrazi is one tram stop away, so thats very helpful even if you want to avail trains out of Prague (and if you want to buy additional tickets, for metro or tram or bus). So overall, a good experience for a 3 day stay at this place. Good place to crash. If you're in Prague, I'm guessing you'd be out exploring the city the whole day anyway. Easily a 9/10, with one point deducted for the possible difficult climb of 4 floors.

Very good value for it's price. Good location. Close to tram stop. It doesn't have elevator and might be hard to go to the 4th floor. Small but practical kitchen in every floor. Very beautiful and nice yard and balconies in every floor. Clean beds. Although it has many beds in each room, but since the rooms are very big, it's not annoying. Lockers are pretty small, a backpack can easily fit in but not a suitcase. You have keys to your room and locker, you don't need padlocks. Not enough showers and toilets in each floor. It has breakfast for 4 euros. Friendly staff and then again very cheap. Completely recommend it if you are on a budget

The location is quit far from center around 3 kilos to walk. Have comfort bed. They have kitchen to cook. Sometimes wifi is poor. And my bad experience there : They provide paid breakfast, but when I have my breakfast there, they provide expired bread, i have complaint to the man on receptionist, but he said that is not their problem, how could he said something like that? They should checked the quality of food because it paid. And I already paid for around 4 euro for breakfast. But, they dont give me the compesation. They don't feel that I'm really hungry at that time and can't eat their expired bread, also can't eat the bacon but I need to paid full. A little bit disappointed at that time.

Very nice. Had everything you needed except for a vegan breakfast. Nice rooms, even the biggest one felt very nice.

Overall good hostel with clean facility. Appreciate the quiet female room. Disliked the smokers at balcony (right outside room's windows). Extra €4 on breakfast. Free coffee tea. Free washing machine. Space to hang up washed clothing. Good tables for dining and using laptops. Nice courtyard. Stayed few nights but weekend price was too high so I left.
