The Farmhouse - Christiansburg

Our first time, celebrating my birthday with my PIC.

We ate here before the remodeling and it was goodSince they have reopened we've been there a few times and I have to say they did a great job.

The feeling was kinda off here Food was great nothing to write home about but our server hovered over us the whole time.

Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water.
