Starbucks - Christiansburg

My coffee pot broke and I was so glad they moved in! The coffee is great if you are going to purchase it ready-made and served to you. I was pleasantly surprised and unprepared when the kind young lady asked how I was doing rather than what I wanted to order. I totally would have tipped her just for asking if I had cash. Thanks for taking it next level on the quality of dark coffee and service!

I frequent this Starbucks twice a week. Within the past 2 months I have really become very disappointed. My mobile order done well in advance is never ready. They have one employee behind the counter making orders while 2 or 3 more are at the side door leading to storage I am assuming chatting and on their phones. Today, I place my mobile order of a Venti Pike. Arrived, not ready as usual. Once I got it, I tasted it and it was cool. Not even warm. When I said something, she/he offered to fix another but I couldn't wait as I had to be at work. Wouldnt have bothered me so much if within the last 2 months it something consistently. And the fact 3 other employees were in the corner chit chatting.

Absolutely worst Starbucks!! I paid almost $8.00 for this drink that was mostly ice,see pictures below. First picture is with all of the ice taken out, that is all I ended up with once the ice was taken out. If you ask for no ice they tell you that they will charge you for the price of a tall and a trenta for the drink. The drinks are NEVER made right and the wait is always to long!! Don't waste your time or money at this location!!

Nice inside. Was standing in there at least 7 minutes before even being acknowledged. One other customer inside was already seated. With all the employees you would think at least one would have said hello or have you been helped. It was the same both times I've been to this location.

This Starbucks is accessible right off Interstate 81, with gas stations and fast food close by in a pinch. For local Starbucks, their speed of service is the fastest I?ve come across and their customer service hasn?t faltered. I get a heaping dose of Southern love as my baristas call me ?honey, sweet, and sugar!? My drink quality has been consistent, and my food orders are warmed to perfection. While I know not everyone likes Starbucks, if you do, this will be consistent in quality control but with an extra touch of Southern Hospitality.
