Denny's - Christiansburg

Hey, it's Denny's and not Spago but it's a great Denny's. Attentive and friendly staff, fast service, and good food. We'll be back here often.

On my second visit in about as many weeks and the waitstaff behind the counter can't get my simple order right, but has time for a cigarette break.

We were excited to see it opened again and went in on the 4th of July! Our service was NOT GOOD! when I asked what the soup of the day was, she didn't

It's a good Denny's, but it looks like it's a Silver Diner in another life. No matter the decorations are really well done. It is really close to fifty diner decor and we loved it. It's a fun place to eat. Clean, good service and the server were great. She recommended puppy pancakes and while they did not have the taste, we asked about those they were great. I recommend the Skillets.

This place has recently seen a closure and reopening and it really needed it. Before the reopening, I would hardly have had 1 star. It was dirty and had a reputation for all kinds of Shenanigans going. Now I wouldn't have any hesitation for a delicious meal! It is your classic Dennys menu in a Retro 50's style diner, easily accessible from I81. Stop for breakfast!
