Switchback Fish N Chips

Omg best potato cakes in the area!! I also love the hot dog in batter they are always so good! Seriously try this place if your craving good fish n chips?

Food is good here but twice in a row they messed up part of the order. The young man who took the order over the phone read our order back to me to make sure it was right, it was, but when the food arrived, part of the order was messed up again. I rang and very politely said I 'm really sorry but I do have a complaint . I was met with a very rude, curt and arrogant Yeah, yeah, what? You want to improve your business? Then don 't speak to customers like that. We will not order from them again. So very disappointed in that attitude.

Today, we ordered grilled flake, fish souvlakia, 2 dim sims chips cost $21 not happy with the size of the flake. Flake was maybe 50mm wide, 15mm thick (at most) and 200mm long. It was like a long thin fish fillet. We haven’t been here for a long time as the past few times the fried fish and potato cakes and been soaked in oil, and unbeatable.

These are our favorite fish chips in the opposite. the handmade potato cakes are always crispy, the fish is always fresh and the burgers and chips are also great. would recommend and come back.
