Kensington Street Social - Chippendale

Wow, I loved the brunch at this restaurant! They offer a menu with 2 options for appetizers, 3 for entrees, and 2 desserts, all served with a beverage or free flow package. The food is incredibly delicious and the presentation is top-notch. It's the perfect way to kick off the weekend.

The dessert at this restaurant was exceptional, with our favorites being the marshmallow yuzu dessert and yoghurt mousse basil dessert. The lamb and hapuka dishes were also delicious, but the standout for me was the beef cheek croquettes served on top of the beef tongue. It was absolutely divine, followed closely by the marshmallow dessert.

Our reservation was lost (despite being confirmed), but the staff made up for it at the bar. The food was delicious and the burrata dish was particularly generous with burrata. Prices were reasonable, but the service could use some improvement. Staff members not assigned to our table were not very helpful with refills or additional wine. I would return for the ambiance and quality of the food, but it's not a must-visit in my opinion.

Pricey, high-end place. Great service. Good food. Good environment, they do make you feel special by welcoming you individually into the place. You feel fancy here. Plus, they gave me a free vegemitini because I've never had Vegemite which was pretty awesome!

Sat on the bar and got awesome service. Drinks where spectacular and the bartender even prepared drinks off the menu. Food was very very good as well. Highly recommended.
