Unfortunately, his salad was missing the avocado, which is likely one of the costlier components of the dish, and he only noticed it about three-quarters of the way through. If the server had checked on us more than just once, he might have mentioned it, but he didn’t want to wait until he finished his meal to bring it up. To top it off, he had to go up to the front to settle the bill instead of the server offering to bring it to us. Despite the service issues, my food and drink were excellent. I hope this was just an isolated incident and that someone was simply having a rough night, because I genuinely enjoyed the food. I'm hopeful that the service will improve in the future.
I waited 27 minutes for a drink, and despite making eye contact with the server three times, they never came to check on me or take my order. The food was just average, and they even messed up my order. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The server only had four tables, so it wasn't a case of being overwhelmed—they just didn't provide good service. It wasn't worth the time, money, or effort. I would recommend going somewhere else; I'm sure even Papa John's across the parking lot would offer a better experience. I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars if that were an option.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would. We placed a takeout order on Valentine's Day at 5:30 PM, and the online system indicated it would be ready for pickup at 6:30 PM. I arrived at 6:25 PM, fully anticipating a wait since I knew they would likely be busier than usual for the holiday. What I didn't expect was to be kept waiting for a whole hour. There was no communication from any of the staff or management regarding the wait time, and not a single apology was offered when I finally received my order. To make matters worse, the food was cold and completely unenjoyable. I am extremely disappointed.
Probably the worst dine in experience I've had. First the table was sticky, waitress took our drink order, once the drinks finally came they weren't very good. It took ages to take our food order. It was over an hour just to get our appys. When our food eventually arrived. 5 out of the 6 meals were cold. My buger was mediocre at best, the beef dip was barely warm, fish tacos were soggy. Garlic toast was mushy. Lettuce wrap had wrong type of Lettuce. We brought this to the attention of the manager. They brought us fresh fries(which were good) but of course we had wait even more. They gave us a 10% discount on our food only. They offered 2 free desserts when there was clearly 3 separate bills. I gave ours up to the birthday girl. Terrible food, terrible service and when given a chance to make it right, instead a slap in the face.
Our server, MacKenzie was super lovely. She treated my elderly father with such kindness making him feel so welcome and comfortable. We'll definitely be back.
