Kfc - Chillicothe

Pretty disappointed when my famous bow only had 4 peices of chicken. Chicken was also full of gristle. Service was good and speedy.

The worst place to get food the food was cold and the worker we called was absolutely rude to us and told us the food was hot when it was given to us when it wasn 't I 'm not satisfied at all with the service or anything the tea was nasty seemed old and all the food seemed like it was sitting out for too long and it has upset my stomach so did my mom 's too and they refused to fix the problem they said it was piping hot when we got it the lady said it was burning her fingers so please check your orders carefully so this doesnt happen to you because they will not replace it because it isn 't they 're problem.

The dining room is always closed to the public, unless you are picking up a mobile order. I can't speak for the staff during the day but in the evenings, I have only found 1 woman to be pleasant. She has dark hair. She actually talked to me and seemed friendly. However, one night last summer, I walked in the restaurant only to discover there wasn't one single employee inside the building. I had an order to pick up and it was not ready yet everyone was smoking what I'm hoping were cigarettes out back. This place is a little wacky at night.

This place sucks. Terrible attitude by man working there @6:15 pm on Feb 24, 2024. I will never go to this place again. I was told there was a 5 minute wait for fries, and no problem, because I figured they would be fresh. But I was told 3 times as if trying to get me to change my mind. I went through the drive through and was not asked whether I wanted original chicken, or extra crispy. When it was brought out to me by the same rude man that took my order, I asked if I could get extra crispy instead of the original I was given. Rudely, the man took it and stated that would be another wait. After a few minutes he returned, handed me back the bag and said that they had no extra crispy and if I insisted, it would be another 35 minute wait. I hadn't been to KFC for several years because of poor service and poor quality of product. My wife won't go to KFC for any amount of money. So, today I chose to drive 6 miles out of my way to visit this store on Western Ave in Chillicothe, Ohio. Now I realize why I haven't visited KFC for so long, and it was tremendously worse now than ever before. KFC needs to end. People deserve better that rude employees and greasy nasty food. I'm done.

Food is always cold tastes horrible rude employees always out of everything I think it should be shut down I contacted my lawyer about it
