Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is the second location of the franchise. it offers the same eating and options as the larger restaurant on the bridge st. the only thing that violates this remote position is the orientation to the western avenue. Except that's all good.
As usual eating was great and the service was wonderful. the evening meal and the line on the journey through was up to the western ave. with such a long line I came through quickly.
The people were friendly, but they have totally messed up our order and the size of the part of the food was ridiculous and expensive. they need cheaper prices and better food. before return
I love the food !!Best fast food Mexican in town,I've supported them since the beginning.
Just got back from Casa of Western Ave. We were the first ones through, though people lined up behind us as we waited. We got our food, and didn't want to run up their times, so we pulled out, and as we did we checked, and noticed our chicken quesadilla was missing. We got back in line, while waiting realizing, there was no spicy sauce on the burrito. We got our quesadilla and asked to have some of the specific spicy sauce that comes on the burrito. The young guy at the window said sure, BUT he'd ring us up for it, and the man making the food, said he'd just give it to us. I thought he was being nice. But turns out it wasn't the burrito sauce, it was the sauce that would've been free anyway. My bf used to work there and saw it when we got home, and knew it wasn't the one it was supposed to be.When it comes to Casa, there's no comparison, but we prefer the one on Bridge St. They have better customer service and the meat somehow tastes better. The fact that we went through twice and were missing an item, then we're going to be charged for another thing that was missing as well, just to still get the wrong one in the end, is a bit crazy to me. ?
