Ihop - Chillicothe

Server wasn't helpful concerning tomatoe basil soup as a side.

Pretty much like all the other I Hops. Good food, good service, lots of screaming kids though.

Terrible service, could not have been any worse. Waited for three hours for food. After the first hour went by they said it was still on the window they were out of almost everything and it would be a while and said they cannot do refunds, I continued to wait and they continued to “check on it” and say it would be a while. We were told that if they were out of something on the orders they could not replace it because it was “not their kitchen” and they just couldn’t make the whole order. After almost two hours of waiting they said they didn’t have our order and if we could tell them what the order was they’d rush and make it, after that they continued to tell us it would be a little bit longer as they served multiple people that had just gotten there and multiple people came in a ordered and left while we were waiting. After 3 hours we were given part of the order and left.

We didn't even stay to eat cuz it was just too damn cold inside to eat there!! We had to go somewhere warm!!

Great staff. Good food. Didn't wait long for anything. Delivery goes smoothly as well. Would recommend.
