Campground Torre Chia

It's clearly too expensive. In low season, September, we stayed at nearly 30€ day with 2 persons and campers. For this purpose, extra coins had to be bought for showers, 0.50cent, but you can also have bad luck and the warm water during the shower is very fast everything. It happened to me as a man with very short hair, without too long showers I stood there and then there is no more water when the time has expired, not even cold, i.e. residual soap on the sink, the next time another shower was chosen, and then I came well with the water, after wetting and soap water naturally. But what is very annoying is that the power supply is very unsatisfactory. From the experience on the southern camping sites, we always reduce our power consumption when we switch on electrical devices, e.g. electric or electric kettle, but here it is the case that we have switched off all consumers, also refrigerator, but our 1000W boiler has not managed it 0.6L. Heat water, after a short time the fuse has expired on the mains box, as described, all other power consumers have been switched off. The stupid thing is that the fuse is closed at the distributor boxes! Hasn't happened to us in other places, so either look for another exit or if everything is fully informed. We were lucky and our distributor box was perhaps 30% occupied. There are two very nice beaches within walking distance, also further walks to other beaches / books are possible. The small shop is well sorted and reasonable price. We did not pick up the restaurant in the square, but the Mirage nearby is also recommended.

Excellent quiet and well situated campsite with beach a few steps (visited in mid-October) very kind and friendly managers. Since they were closing I did not use any service, but I appreciated the general cleaning (especially bathrooms and showers). Super recommended

Right on a beautiful and protected bay. WC ok, showers cost extra, but free Wi-Fi. Small supermarket and quite a lot of shade. Many beautiful cats in the square.

Five stars why? Because the place is simple, but very well maintained. The places are trees and very beautiful. The direct beach has not fallen, but 400 meters away, the Spaggia sa Colonia is a dream beach. I was really excited that the operators have opened a holiday home for the tent guests after really strong rainfall so that they can warm up and dry. A great gesture.
