We just ordered ice cap there is less wip cream on it and behavior of the girlEmployee is very rude. She is not friendly if she can not take the responsibility then you should change your staff.

Honestly couldn't be less happy. Hair in the food and always something missing, it's pretty upsetting when you pay for extras that are not provided. The wraps are not even put together properly and you get more sauce to wrap. Just unpleasant.

AVOID COMING TO THIS LOCATION This Tims never seems to have food, especially crispy chicken. Sometimes at 9:30pm they stop serving sandwiches!!This is the only close location to chestermere so we always like to come as a family for walks and every-time we order for all of us things get confused and half of the times we don’t get half of the things we pay for it!I wish this location makes some changes!!!

Worst breakfast sandwich ever. I order the Smoky Honey Bacon breakfast sandwich. The English muffin was stale, not toasted, the bacon was hardly there, the cheese had not completely melted. I was very disappointed. I was really looking forward to a good breakfast. So disappointed. I will say that the service was good. Not a lot of people in there and now I know why.

Wait time are longer. Need more experienced staff because the forget to make your order properly(forget to add sugar in in tea) and was calling grilled chicken soft chicken. Need more training. There is one 1 person at the teller.
