Starbucks Canada - Chestermere

The staff here are welcoming, and the drive-thru runs smoothly. Although I've had a few issues with my order being incorrect, I'm generally satisfied with my experience.

The drive-thru wait was 20 minutes, and I truly wish I had chosen to go inside instead. When I finally reached the window, I had to wait a few more minutes as well.

Exceptional customer service! This was one of the best drive-thru experiences I've ever had. The morning team is amazing and really brightens my mornings. Thank you!

The service was pretty slow. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only two cars in the parking lot, yet we still had to wait to place our order. It also took an unusually long time for our drinks to be prepared. The staff didn't seem very attentive, either.

This is my second visit to this restaurant, and once again, I was unable to pay with a $50 bill for my $12 order. If you can't keep at least one $20, one $10, and a $5 bill available for change, I might have to reconsider coming back.
