Vakei Take Away Food Shops

This restaurant is excellent - the staff are friendly and the food is fantastic. My daughter has celiac disease and she loves the gluten-free special fried rice. The food is always hot and there is plenty of it. The restaurant is clean and professionally run. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for our Chinese food. This is by far the best restaurant in the area.

This is the best takeaway restaurant - always clean and friendly. We order from here every week, so it must be the best. We highly recommend it to everyone as there are plenty of options on the menu and the prices are excellent value for money. They also offer delivery if you don't feel like going out to pick up your order.

There is really nothing else to say. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant if you care about your health. How is it possible for a place to continue operating with a 0 food hygiene rating? It's unacceptable. I will not be returning. When my partner called to inquire about the rating, the staff pretended to be unaware of it. We are appalled.

We go to Valkei quite frequently and the meal is always excellent and no long waiting. Perfect as we live locally and just would never go anywhere else
