Waited 1 hour and 5 minutes. Still did not get our food. We ordered at one of the car kiosk. 40 minutes later we hit the button and asked when our food would be out. The girl said our order just came up and she would bring it right out. 25 minutes later we left without any of our food. No one should have to wait an hour and 5 minutes and still leave with no food.
My Momma and I were very happy that the Butter garlic burger was back. Delicious! We just went back last week June 2022. My Mom and I use the Sonic App. We pull into a stall make our order. The good thing about the app is drinks are half price all the time. Love the convenience of the app.
Slow unprofessional workers and when I called the number on the entrance, it was the owner who showed no emotions and did not worry about my complaint. Let's stop promoting this privately run business and let them feel like we do when we have bad customer service.
I was charged twice for my meal. I swapped my card. Approved? The cashier said that it wouldn't say that or go through so that it would excite me again.
