Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

To be fair... the food was really good. Perfectly prepared, on time, really really delish.The main reason I am rating 1 star is bc of our waitress. She never refilled our drinks....NEVER. When we requested extra napkins, she brought our table of 5 four napkins. Luckily, my grandma had some tissues in her purse.Then after our ONE refill of french fries for the kids and Grandma ....we NEVER saw her again. Maybe she was abducted at work... but I didn't see anything on WAVY TV 10 about an abduction at Red Robin Chesapeake Square.We waited about 25 minutes for our check then saw another table use the little computer/game console on the table. We asked them how they did it and the lady helped us do it.We will not be back. The only reason we went this time was because Grandma really wanted to go. Even she doesn't want to go back. Now, that's bad when Grandma doesn't want to go back...

Had a regular burger, patty a little thin, but good an fries had to much seasoning, but they replaced them. With a smile otherwise I did enjoy my lunch there.

We are regulars at RR. This most recent visit was one of the most pleasant ones of all. The server was very knowledgeable and just the right measure of attentive without being overly present and hovering and interrupting the meal. The order was perfect and food awesome. I would like to see RR improve the quality of their chicken strips however I can buy the small, almost tough little strip from the retail grocery I want better at a restaurant and for the higher price. Onion rings are good for the price. I hope they keep the quest sauce on the menu it is really good! I want the side order to be the size of the sauce that comes with the burger though. The side is not enough for the price

12:12 p.m., was on hold until 12:19 p.m. I was the only car in the curb-side slot. during my call I said that I wanted to order my birthday meal on the phone and that I would be in the curfew slot. the lady said my order would be done in 5-10 minutes. No one came or called. I called again at 12:49 to see what was going on, just to find out how the order sits there.

We've eaten here a lot, but the last one was terrible. the food took forever to be served, and when we got it, it was cold. I had black curly haare on my burger [more than one]. we asked for additional commands of floorless pommes, they took so long that we ended to pay and ready to go. the pommes came out when we left the door. I asked them to go, but they didn't show up, so we decided that we had wasted enough time waiting and left. they were not busy at the time, looked like maybe 5 or six sitting when we came in. we had two small children with us and sat in the bar, although there were open standings in the back of the restaurant. we will not return to this place.
