Einstein Bros. Bagels - Chesapeake

Here for two eggs and cheddars roasted on a whole bagel and one all bagel with cream cheese. Absolutely disgusting and so small portions. The eggs were blue and tasted like they were microwaves. That's $17.

Came here over the weekend and the breakfast bagel was delicious. Also ordered half a dozen bagels to take home and we enjoyed them. Well? today I go for lunch and my bagel had way to much mayo on it for to enjoy it. I ended up throwing the bagel in the garage. I am super disappointed

We try to support near-by businesses as much as we can, we always walk over to this place and we never know what to expect. This time our order was impeccable (wait time was reasonable, check-out person was on point) BUT last time I ordered a bagel and a schmear, it was a huge let-down which I just couldn?t wrap my mind around: who messes up a bagel and cream cheese? We will continue going but our bar is set super low at this point?

I? ve heard so good things about the bagels here, so I made it a point to come to breakfast this morning. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because there were flies everywhere. They landed on the cinnamon bliss roll, another landed on a bagel. It's very safe. The back should be closed with doors! Needless to say that we have gone without getting anything, and not be back.

I ordered a dozen cut bagels. When I was there to get me, I was told I had to wait in the line. I had an attitude from an employee and talked to the manager. Once I had to work and open the box, I discovered half bagels and cut bagels. When I complained, I was told that I had to take pictures and she was back to a manager who was about 11. When I explained that I was at work and could not come, she told me I was rude and treated her badly. Great customer service!!!! I'll never go there again and tell everyone I know how bad this place is!
