Ovisher - Cherwell

This restaurant is fantastic and consistently serves delicious, authentic food. We are regulars here and have never felt the need to dine anywhere else. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered takeout for an early evening treat, but unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Despite the order being on the pricier side, I had to call multiple times to follow up on its status. The restaurant claimed they were very busy, which resulted in the delayed delivery. When the food finally arrived, the delivery driver explained that their cars were blocked in by other vehicles, further delaying the delivery. The food was cold and not enjoyable after reheating. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I do not plan on ordering from them again.

Mediocre food, poor, offhand service. This used to be a good place but no longer. I would advise looking elsewhere. Indecipherable bill which was snatched away when I started looking at it.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was some of the best Indian food I've had since moving from London 11 years ago. I had been disappointed with Indian food in Oxfordshire until I tried this place. The Tuesday buffet was recommended by my mom and it was really good. The set meal A was a great value with tasty options. Overall, the food was much better than any other Indian restaurant I've tried in Oxfordshire. I also appreciated the delivery man who brought our food.

Food was good, place appeared clean. Staff were very standoffish and unapproachable. Didn't let that spoil my enjoyment, but I do think they need to brush up on their service.
