Buffalo Grill Chenove

This was our first and last experience of Buffalo Grill. We ordered online well over €100 of takeaway food, for collection at 9pm. When we arrived there was no obvious place to collect takeaways, nor any helpful signage. We apologetically pushed past a long queue of people waiting for tables in the restaurant and looked for a member of staff to help us. The staff were all running around (literally in some cases) trying to keep up a frantic pace of work in the restaurant. We felt sorry for the waiting staff who were clearly overworked and under resourced but nevertheless asked one of them if she could help us but she was not interested in takeaways. So we asked the barman whilst he was frantically preparing drinks as fast as he could to keep the waiting staff supplied with customer orders. He very briefly replied that a colleague would deal with the takeaway. So we waited....and waited, standing in the way of the frantic flow of waiting staff and customers. After another ten minutes or so we asked the barman again. This time he looked at us in exasperation, stormed off behind the scenes and returned to say that we would be served in 2 minutes. About 15 minutes later a staff member appeared carrying bags of takeaway food. This was at least half an hour after the agreed pick up time (and we had tired young children back at the hotel waiting for their dinner). We quickly drove back to the hotel, 5 minutes away, and eagerly opened the takeaway bags. What a disappointment! Most of the food was cold and almost inedible. Congealed pasta, unpleasant burgers, cold chips, melted ice cream packed with once hot food etc, etc. Some of the items were also not what we had ordered. There is no question that this was the worst takeaway we have ever had the misfortune to order and we shall never order again from Buffalo Grill. The restaurant itself may be better we don't know, and will ensure that remains the case.

Great value and family friendly. Our kids loved their burgers and Mac and cheese. We enjoyed our chargrilled steaks. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly . In particular we wish to compliment our waitress Coralie . She spoke excellent English and helped guide us through the menu and was friendly and attentive . Excellent service and thank you.

Went there on our night stay heading South. Only remarkable thing was the lovely waitress.3 out of 4 burguers were completely burnt, not just over done, but unhealthy black. I did not run out because the kids were starving, otherwise I would have left with the food untouched.

Well eat, meat and burger at the top, reasonable price and the marine waitress very pleasant! we advise

Bravo for the improvement of the dishes, we had not come for about a year. we loved the quality of the dishes and are attractive prices! also calls to your servers that are in small care for their customers. We had a very nice young man tonight! See you soon!
