I mentioned to the young lady that the bread looked awful hard, not to mention very dark. She replied, “No, it’s soft.”While making the sandwich she seemed irritated that I had commented on the bread.I got this sandwich to my office and unwrapped it. It’s a brick! This bread is a joke. It should have been thrown out. It’s not like the hospital doesn’t give enough business for them to provide fresh bread and decent customer service.I didn’t even get a “Thank you” when I paid over 10 dollars for this leathery tuna sandwich.Looks like that sign on the door is a joke.
The two sisters that run this place are super cringey.
Would give no stars if I could. All the employees are horrible and rude!!!! My mom was in the hospital and this is the only choice if you want something to eat in the evening. I ate here 3 nights in a row. Every night my subs were horribly thrown together and tasted even worse. The last night I ate a steak sub and 2 hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea for 2 days!! Don’t eat here if you don’t have to, because I know I never will!!!!
When you are at the hospital with a love one ? it's a great place for great people and food. Subway Memorial Hospital Chattanooga Tennessee.
If you will notice the 5 star reviews are buzz words from advertisements and from fake accounts.Updated their hours of operation a week ago and lied about it.Leaving me able to order online but not able to get my food.Their phone number goes straight to voicemail literally no matter what time of day or how many times you call.Someone needs to get ahold of this mess of a restaurant! I managed restaurants for 26yrs and we were NEVER allowed to be unreachable or be closed during posted open hours. Your store phone should not be a cell phone, but a landline... and if the phone breaks someone needs to go buy a new one. I am quite sure Subway can afford it.
