Marciano's - Chatswood

This is a great place for a quick bite, or for a good meal with friends. The service is excellent, and the pastas are superb. The pizza is good, and the garlic bread is a must-try. Unusually for Chatswood, the tables are not packed very close together, so the place has a roomy, comfortable feel.

We've been here on numerous occasions for lunch and dinner. The service is always great and the food very tasty and authentic Italian. And you can get a drink!

The pizza was very thin and a bit soggy underneath, the price was ridiculous for the amount of food delivered. The restaurant was very busy, staff were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. Desserts were reasonably priced and the tiramisu and cannoli were to die for.

The pizza we ordered was delicious, but the calamari and prawn appetizer we received was disappointing. The prawns were very small, similar to shrimp, and were fried with their heads and tails still attached. The calamari consisted mostly of tentacles with only a few small rings. This dish did not meet our expectations and was not as described on the menu.

The place is good and nice, the food is not that bad but the customer service has to improve a lot. Specially waiter
