Pizza Hut Charters Towers

Took 2 hours to get local delivery. Very poor pizza hut.

Love that it's a drive through! Staff were friendly, pizza was good quality.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We ordered at 6.30pm rang at 8pm only to be told they had to make dough. No one could tell us when our order would be ready... they were swearing at each other in the background and not one person could offer us a reimbursement. When the manager (if that's what you would call the lady) got on the phone she was rude, uncorruptive and hang up when I offered to come Into the shop to organize

30 +minutes over delivery time,cold uncooked Pizza and garlic bread(cheese not even melted on pizza )potato spud bites not cooked and cold..Called the store to be told we are busy what do you won't me to do about it Driver still received a tip I'm sure it's not her fault but the store has alot to answer for.Horrible behaviour from the guy on the phone and definitely don't recommend.

We order online at least once at 3 pm and pick up 45 minutes later. We love the service and the product. Tonight we have our order on time, it was fresh and beautiful.
