Arby's - Charlotte Hall

I always have a great experience here. The lovely blonde who serves the food is incredibly friendly. I never feel like they have any reluctance in serving me.

The cheese sauce tasted great this time, even comparable to Wendy's Signature cheese sauce. Normally, it has a soapy flavor, but everything was perfect on this visit.

The chicken was extremely tough, almost inedible. They also forgot my mozzarella sticks and didn't offer any fries as a substitute.

In the past, this restaurant was not a great place to visit. However, I must say they have significantly improved. The food is delicious and consistently hot and fresh. The customer service is excellent; we felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated as customers. I want to extend my thanks to all the employees at this Arby’s location for doing such an outstanding job! Keep up the great work!

Arby's truly puts the customer first. The service was impeccable and very courteous. I give it 5 stars! By the way, I've never left a review in my life until now!
