Waffle House - Charles Town

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The place was clean and welcoming, with friendly staff and plenty of immediate seating available. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. The breakfast was spot-on, and I appreciated the detailed questions about how each dish was prepared. This was my second visit since the location opened, and I can't wait to return for another quick yet delightful breakfast.

I absolutely love this waffle house! My husband and I are regulars, and today was by far our best experience yet! Brett prepared our food, and oh my gosh, he is the best cook there, hands down! The food was made exactly as expected. Our favorite servers are Misty and Ms. Karen; they are all so friendly! We’re greeted every time we visit, no matter how busy they are! They are very accommodating and take great care of all their customers. Honestly, I would choose this place over any restaurant in the area. To be transparent, breakfast isn’t usually my favorite meal, but the food here is so good that I’ll definitely come back more often. Thank you for the delicious and fresh food! Hope to see Jay soon!

Update: We made a second visit and our waitress, Karen, was incredibly sweet and fully attentive—we absolutely love her! I ordered the loaded hash browns again, and even though it’s not on the menu, she made it happen for me. This time, I’d give it SIX STARS!

This is the Waffle House that should be every waffle house. I've never seen kitchen staff working so hard. These women slay every single weekend. These waitresses must be on tour the country that teaches people how to serve tables. Absolutely a treat to eat in this Waffle House.

It's waffle house we all know why we're going to waffle house. Everyone is the same! Only thing I will add to this one is watch your spot in line. It is very crowded and people will jump you in line all the time. Staff seems a little confused on how to organize people coming in as well. Overall food and service is top notch for waffle house
