The restaurant is a little gem! The customer service is excellent. The owner asked for my feedback on their new app update, which is sleek and makes online ordering a breeze.

The restaurant offers a variety of options, such as smoothies, salads, and quesadillas, in a spacious environment. The Acai Berry Boost smoothie is a must-try, while the Baja pack is good and the Caribbean Jerk Chicken is amazing – it's spicy! The portion sizes are generous and only cost $7. The staff is friendly, but the service can be slow, so it's not recommended if you're in a hurry. Smoothies are served quickly, but be prepared to wait for your food.

This restaurant is a great option for lunch and a smoothie. I have ordered from here multiple times without any issues, but one time there was a hiccup when the food delivery platform crashed and a new employee was unsure how to handle the situation. After contacting customer service to cancel my order and request a refund, the manager reached out to me personally to apologize and assure me that they would improve their training for such situations in the future. Despite this rare incident, I always enjoy visiting this restaurant and it is a fantastic spot to grab smoothies for the entire office.

For breakfast you have a combination smoothie/sandwich. Really delicious, healthy and fresh. Until dinner.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a affordable restaurant with delicious and healthy foods. Although the cost of service is low, the food is equal to, if not greater than the food at an expensive restaurant. I gave this a 4 star review, because the restaurants arent as clean as I would like them to be
