Royal Farms - Chantilly

Garbage station. Their vacuum is broken and still takes . No out of order sign anywhere and I went into the store to complain. Typical response was it 's not our machine and not are problem. Ok, it was only 1.75 in quarters but have a F-in sign out there and the cashier say, it 's not our machine and not own by them. Such a terrible customer service.

It's 50 50 with this store sometimes its all good other times it's dried out jerky instead of chicken ... tonight it was the latter and the size of these wings is a joke this is the whole wing not just a drumete

Theres been quite a few times we've had issues with the Chantilly location. At night the employees here treat customers as an inconvenience. Tonight at 2am (we are night shift) the doors were locked but the store was open with all the lights and music going with no signs saying it was closed (its a 24 hour store)

This place is way overpriced for gas station mediocre inconsistent chicken. The chicken that I purchased today was not fresh. It was cold and dry. I expect much better quality for 37.99 for just 12 pieces of chicken. Management must do a better job with quality control. The fries were also terrible. They were hard as rocks. Obviously sitting for a long time like the chicken. In case no one believes me on the price, I will attach the receipt.

If you hired this campany you will get a high Salary. I got more money from this store The store leader is so good and being patient. I love this work place. I recommend to get in this work place. They need hardworking person. and I recommend to somebody hire this work place. It is so nice work place.
