Olive Garden Italian - Chambersburg

Happy Birthday to Julia. Took my daughter here for her birthday. Her choice. On arrival we asked for a booth and they hooked us up with a big one in the corner which being a family of 4 gave us plenty of room to enjoy our meal. I also asked if they did anything for birthdays to which they said you get a free dessert which is cool but we decided against it because we were taking her out for birthday dessert, we were hoping for a happy birthday serenade but Olive Garden is a respectable establishment and we did not want to disturb the other customers lol. Delaney our server however made it a most enjoyable experience. She kept us supplied with warm bread sticks, cold ice tea and plenty of shredded cheese for our entrees. She also had a wonderful demeanor and a great attitude which is not easy when you have to look at your customers through a mask all day. The food was great, hot and very tasty, what more could you ask for. Thanks Olive Garden and especially Delaney for giving my family, specifically my daughter a wonderful birthday meal. Happy anniversary to my lovely wife, 13 wonderful years together and we are to the point now where we are taking our children with us for our anniversary dinners lol. Second time at this particular Olive Garden location and second great time and good food partly thanks to Emma our server who was great at her job, very polite, attentive and brought us all of our food hot and in a hurry. This place now seems to be quickly be becoming our family's new celebratory restaurant lol. Thanks one more time Olive Garden and staff.

I cannot say enough good things about Amanda. Our service was exceptional. We had a very large party that was loud and stayed forever! Amanda rocks!

As a chain restaurant, I expect consistent standards across all locations. Unfortunately, this particular one did not meet those expectations. The food was lukewarm instead of hot, and the breadsticks were disappointing. However, I do want to commend the wonderful and friendly servers and bartender.

I ordered a lemonade along with chicken Alfredo and chicken gnocchi, which I found to be satisfactory. My wife, however, struggled to finish her spaghetti with mushroom sauce, which tasted overwhelmingly buttery and could use some improvement. Before we left, Evan surprised me with Andes chocolate, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a good experience, and given the difficulty of waiting in line at Olive Garden in NYC, I’m glad I didn’t waste my time doing that. I would recommend giving this place a try!

I just wanted to share our fantastic experience at the Olive Garden in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania today! Two weeks ago, I called to let them know I would be bringing around 25 guests for a birthday celebration. They called me today to confirm, and when we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared in a private area for us. Our servers, Blake and Melissa, were incredibly polite and professional. The food was delicious, and everyone had a wonderful time. They even surprised us by singing and bringing out a lovely dessert, which was a delightful touch. We wanted to share this positive experience since it was our first visit to this location, and we will definitely return. I highly recommend this establishment for future parties or events! They truly made our evening special!
