Jersey Mike's Subs - Chambersburg

I went inside to buy a bottle of water. There was a couple getting subs made. I stood at the register for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged the fact that I was standing there the entire time. I understand they were busy doing things but there were 4 people working behind the counter. They could have at least said I will be with you in just a minute, but nothing. I finally put the water back and left. Pretty bad customer service. 7/4/2023

Love their #13 Mike's way with banana peppers. Last time I was there I ordered this but didn't realize they gave me a turkey instead of a 13. Honest mistake, they both sound the same over the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. They fixed it quickly and upgraded me from A mini to a 6 inch. No questions asked. Quite frankly, when I crave an Italian hoagie, I come here.

I love Jersey Mike's Subs, I don't eat there much because the closest one to me is 20 minutes away. You all need to open a place in Shippensburg so I can eat there more oftenFood: 5/5

Loyal customer, entered to a staff with pink, and blue hair etc... asked for a 42 chipotle chicken, and got jalapeno peppers, and etc. Not very friendly as if I was there bothering them making an order. This is a location neighboring several other choices that could be better than the salt layered sub sandwich I ordered and could hardly eat. The salt was so heavy that I got 2 free waters upon entry to my hotel and asked for another 2 because the sandwich dehydrated me.

Abbygale, Charlie, Malika, Joshua, Marina, and Shay hit the ball out of the park this evening. They worked together like a well oiled machine.Energy was high, and fun was in the air.My first time #26 hit the spot, and the boys #10 has become his all time favorite.Kudos guys,
